I am incredibly grateful for George. After a disastrous situation with another locksmith company that damaged the hardware on three of our doors during a simple rekeying, George came to our rescue. He was prompt, patient, hardworking, and exceptionally nice. This was not an easy fix, but he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and worked diligently to ensure we were satisfied with the results. His prices were competitive, and I highly recommend calling him for any locksmith needs. He clearly prioritizes the customer and demonstrates true character. I locked myself out of my apartment, and James was the only one who answered my call on a Friday night. He arrived quicker than I expected, and the process to unlock my apartment took no more than 15 minutes. I was also able to pay with a credit card. The service was amazing, and I was extremely grateful to have found this company!
